- 4. Receive thumbnails, and communicate likes, dislikes, and direction.
- 5. Receive sketches, repeat above, and finalize the design.
- 6. Receive 2nd invoice and pay 2nd half, receive finished Commission.

- All Commissions will be delivered, at max, 4 weeks from 1st Payment's Due Date unless the 2nd Payment is unfilled.

Do's & Don'ts:

Will Do:
- Illustrations, Concept Art, OCs, DnD, Fanart.
- Characters (Humans, Humanoid, Kemonomimi, Anthros, Creatures).
- Props (Simple Items & Weapons | Design Sheet w/ 3 Designs).
Won't Do:
- Mecha.

Payment:

- Payment is accepted through Zelle and Paypal.
- Upon finalized Quote agreement, the Customer must pay 50% of the agreed upon Total Quoted Price by their 1st Invoice's 1st Due Date for the Commission to be started.
Failure to Pay:
- Failure to pay the 1st Payment by the 1st Due Date cancels the Commission.
- Failure to pay the 2nd Payment within 4 weeks of the 1st Due Date automatically cancels the Commission. On future Commissions the Customer must pay full price upfront and an extra 15%, unless an Exception is made in writing and signed by both the Artist and the Customer. The original Commission in which this situation is created is thereby known as 'Delinquent'.
--- Should a Customer desire a Delinquent Commission to be completed, the Customer must pay their original Quote's remaining balance and a 25% (of the Total Quote) revival fee before work starts.
Rush Fees:
- Commissions requested with hard deadlines are subject to a rush fee (XX% of the Total Quote) added onto the finalized Quote and reflected in both Invoices.
- Rates:
-- 3 days | 85% | ex. $60 = $111
-- 1 week | 75% | ex. $60 = $105
-- 2 weeks | 50% | ex. $60 = $90
-- 3 weeks | 25% | ex. $60 = $75
Cancellations:
- Should a Customer desire to cancel an ongoing Commission, they must pay a 5% (of the Total Quote) cancellation fee before their 2nd Due Date.
- Should a Customer desire a canceled Commission to be completed, the Customer must pay their original Quote's remaining balance before work starts and it must be less than 3 months since their Invoice's 1st due date. Requests later than 3 months must pay their original Quote's remaining balance and a 25% (of the Total Quote) revival fee before work starts. *See examples below.
-- Example A: The Customer failed to pay half before their 1st due date and requests a Revival of the Commission 3 months after the 1st due date = The Customer must pay the Quote's Total before work starts.
------- Quote: $60, $30 due 4/4/20XX. (missed)
------- Revival Request: 7/4/20XX. $60 due on 7/4/20XX otherwise $60+25%=$75 due on later dates.
-- Example A.2: The Customer failed to pay off their balance and/or request and pay a cancellation fee before their 2nd due date and requests a Revival = The Customer must pay their remaining balance and 25% of their Total Quote before work starts. The Customer is put on the Warning List and must pay an extra 15% on future Commissions.
------- Quote: $60, $30 paid 4/4/20XX. $30 not paid by 5/4/20XX.
------- Revival Request: 5/4/20XX. $30+(25% of $60)=$45 due.
------- Future Commissions: $XX+15%, $60+15%=$69 due upfront.
-- Example B: The Customer canceled a Commission after paying half and requests a Revival 3 months since their 1st due date = The Customer must pay their remaining balance before work starts.
------- Quote: $60, $30 paid 4/4/20XX.
------- Cancellation fee: (5% of $60)=$3

What are you passionate about?

Raiden Otto is an Asian American artist based in Ohio, USA.
His other monikers include DrockREQ (primary) and DrockREQ Studios.
He has a B.F.A. in Illustration from Shawnee State University and knowledge of game design. During that time, he created a page of concept art in the zine, Behind the Masc.Raiden creates artwork with the use of Procreate, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Other mediums include pen and ink, acrylic paint, watercolors, charcoal, markers, and Maya or Blender. He uses a creative triangle to enrich his work with the following elements: Experience, creativity, clarity.Since a child, he always had the drive to create, so he armed himself with a pen. Guided by imagination, experience, and determination, that pen wrote and it drew. It wrote of adventure and drew to life worlds full of people, creatures, items, and places. Then, a young man, he picked up a sword and it taught him how to move forward. Only when he was foolish, closing his ears to the academician's words or closing his eyes to tomes, did it bite him.
